Create your account
Tax details, the store's address and a plan by number of machines. 14 days' trial, no card.
Connect the kiosk
You type the code shown on the screen into the dashboard and add each machine with its price. It starts in testing mode: you take payments without issuing invoices.
Take real payments
You add the payment method for the fee and switch testing mode off. From then on every payment is a VeriFactu invoice and, if you add your accountant, they get the closed month.

Short answers, with what PAYMMIO does today.
The Spanish Tax Agency system that requires every invoice or receipt to be recorded when it is issued, unalterable and chained to the previous one. Dates in force: 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for the self-employed. We cover it in the VeriFactu guide.
A TNA Kiosk: a screen in the store where the customer chooses the machine and pays by card or contactless. The kiosk starts that machine and the payment shows up in PAYMMIO OS straight away, with its simplified invoice.
No. Retrofit is fitted to coin-operated machines and records every payment. The data reaches PAYMMIO OS on its own, which issues the invoice under the VeriFactu rules. You can combine it with a TNA Kiosk in the same store.
Every payment generates a numbered, unalterable invoice chained to the previous one with a hash. A cancellation is a new record: nothing is edited or deleted. Filing with the Spanish Tax Agency is not automatic: you download the month as XML in the AEAT format, plus CSV and Excel. More in the VeriFactu guide.
The closed month, on the 2nd at 08:00 (Madrid time), by email: invoices in Excel and CSV, plus that month's cash closes and collections. You can also give them dashboard access, limited to their books, and choose whether they get your stores together or separately.
A monthly fee that depends on the number of machines. Every feature is in every plan and VAT is extra. You get a 14-day trial with no card. In the demo we prepare the proposal for your store.
Each store has a daily close with what was paid by card and in cash. When a drawer is emptied, the expected amount, the counted amount and the difference are recorded. If it doesn't add up you get an alert, and every collection stays in the audit log with who, when and from which connection.
Yes. PAYMMIO OS works in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. When you open it you see today's takings, stopped machines and alerts.
Yes. You create rules by day and time slot, with a discount or a surcharge, and the kiosk applies them on its next connection. You can also create promo codes and single-use refunds.
Yes. Request the demo and we email you a personal link to PAYMMIO OS with sample data. It's read-only and stays active for 24 hours from your first visit.
