Recipients

We don't share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR):

  • Web hosting: hosting and cloud infrastructure provider.
  • Email delivery: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which delivers form messages to our inbox.
  • Map: the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) receives your IP address only if you turn on the office map. In that case it acts as an independent controller.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. We only allow it with appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision by the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the decision on the United Kingdom) or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise these rights at any time:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data when it's no longer needed.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Restrict processing in the cases provided for by law.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
  • Withdraw your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.

Email privacidad@paymmio.com saying which right you want to exercise. We'll reply within one month at most. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to verify it.

If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: HTTPS encryption, restricted access to messages, and form protection that doesn't track users. The anti-bot check is a proof of work solved by your browser: no cookies, no CAPTCHAs and no third-party services.
